Stockholm, Sweden – January 17, 2012 – Gem Group today announced the acquisition of Ztorm AB, a leading B2B service provider of digital distribution solutions for games, films and audiobooks. Ztorm provides a full service platform, offering Publishers and Retailers a cost effective way to deliver digital goods to customers over the Internet. Ztorm’s services range from fully integrated API solutions to white label and campaign stores for special marketing initiatives. With the addition of Ztorm’s solutions, Gem Group will enhance the existing portfolio with the digital capabilities that Ztorm brings to the group.
