Supported first line issues includes:

  • Problems related to your product purchases – problems related to adding products to your shopping cart, payment, invoicing, your personal account etc.,
  • Problems related to downloading a purchased product -  product does not appear under “my downloads” when logged in, download will not start, download continues to be interrupted etc.,
  • Installation – Product has been downloaded but installation/playback can not be started.

Please note that Ztorm does not offer support for issues relating to the products themselves (i.e: after the product has been successfully installed). Please refer to the table below for support information related to specific products or stores not listed above.
